Adam is an associate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an AITI Chartered Tax Advisor. Adam also holds a Diploma with distinction in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Adam has extensive experience in advising on all aspects of taxation including high net worth individuals and senior executives, Lloyd's Underwriters, extracting wealth from a family company, succession planning and partnerships. He also advises other professional firms including accountancy practices, financial advisors and solicitors. In addition, he advises privately held companies and groups, multinational businesses, foreign direct investment and on the research and development tax credit.
