Since 1994 she has worked in accounting firms originally as a partner at KPMG, partner at BDO LLP in the UK & now as a partner in the Employer Solutions team in Grant Thornton in London, England. She specialises in all types of pay and remuneration advice for both executives and employees. In particular, she advises on international stock incentive arrangements not only for UK based companies but also for US companies looking for advice in EMEA and the rest of the world.
