He has close to 10 years of experience in International Tax and Transfer Pricing litigation, consulting and advisory work. He is also the exclusive India Representative at Altus Alliance (http://www.altus-alliance.com) – The Altus Alliance is an international association of independent transfer pricing firms that is represented in India by ‘Amicus’. During the course of his professional career, Ashutosh has successfully represented several multinational companies before tax authorities in Transfer Pricing/ International Tax related audits and advised companies on several complex Transfer Pricing matters. He has been instrumental in advising and shaping the Transfer Pricing policies of Corporates including a telecom major and an e-learning giant. He has been actively involved in International Tax and Transfer Pricing related research with several important articles and papers to his credit. His articles covering a broad spectrum of Tax/ Transfer Pricing matters have been published by BNA, IBFD and International Tax Review. He has also served as an IBFD Instructor for Training Conference on ‘Transfer Pricing of Intangibles’. He is also the visiting faculty for Tax/Transfer Pricing at reputed law schools.
