I am a 20+ year tax CPA in Houston, Texas. I graduated with a BBA from Texas Christian University and a JD from the University of Houston. After twenty years of working in public accounting firm tax departments, I have decided to write a book about what it takes to succeed in a public accounting tax department. The book is currently in the rough draft stage with more than 300 pages of practical advice on the tax, technical, social and life skills needed to succeed in this business. My current plans are to release the book sometime in 2014.
