I have 23 years experience in corporate and individual taxation. I am based out of San Jose, California and I started my career and spent 7 plus years with the Big 4 in San Jose, CA. For the last 14 years, I have operated as a sole-proprietor CPA. I assist businesses, both large and small, with their corporate income tax needs. I also assist individuals, including high net-worth individual and business owners, with their income tax needs. Finally, I consult with corporate tax departments, for the past 5 plus years, I have consulted with a software business which started as Interwoven, Inc. and was acquired first by Autonomy and then by HP and currently operates within HP software.
