Responsible for federal and state income tax preparation and review for corporations, partnership and individual tax returns, Tax School, and ITIN applications processing. Represent clients before Federal and State tax authorities, drafting replies to auditors queries and negotiating settlements. Role requires strong analytical and research skills, including effective written and verbal communication skill. Oversight of the tax returns for other Tax office for audit purpose, use of property tax functions.
Responsible for audits of federal and state income tax and state and local filings.
Responsible for accounting for income taxes (SFAS No. 109) in the US.
Responsible for transfer pricing and management fee arrangements.
Supervise professional and paraprofessional staff of twenty plus.
Ensuring that appropriate internal controls are in place over accounting for income taxes.
Departmental liaison with IT staff on all technical matters relating to tax applications.
