Spanish tax lawyer focussing on Corporate and International inbound and outbound taxation for more than 20 years now, with a particular emphasis on transfer pricing and application of EU tax law and case law to resolve the needs of my clients. In the field of transfer pricing, I am a founding member of the EU Joint Transfer Pricing Forum back in 2002. This body has a huge influence on the development of TP legislation and administrative practice accross the EU Member States and has allowed me to meet the key players in the tax admins over the course of the last 11 years. In the last years and as a consequence of the wealth of experience won over my professional career, I am being instructed very regularly for representing clients before the Tax Inspectorate and ,if need be, the tax courts, on complex tax issues, generally involving international or transfer pricing issues. Additionally, I represent clients when negotiating complex APAs with the Spanish tax authorities. I am a regular lecturer on tax issues on a number of Spanish universities and contribute regularly to especialised tax magazines.
