I have over 8 years experience in public accounting in the USA, primarily as an auditor and then a tax return preparer. My Expertise comes from individual and business tax preparation. Businesses include C-Corps, S-Corps, partnerships, LLCs and non-profit organizations. I have provided services for property management companies. I provide payroll and bookkeeping services to small businesses so they may concentrate on their core activities. I have vast experience representing clients with the IRS and other taxing authorities. Prior to working in public accounting, I have also worked as a financial Analyst with the Bank of Ghana where I inspected commercial and rural banks and tested their level of compliance with Ghana Banking Law, Regulation, and Notices for more than seven years.
