Global Tax Director responsible for all tax aspects of company’s global business operations including the Marantz, Denon, Boston Acoustics and McIntosh brands

• Responsible for tax planning, compliance, audit, and tax related financial statement aspects for all operations

• Responsible for global transfer pricing including planning and contemporaneous documentation efforts

• Identify tax efficient strategies to minimize corporate tax through use of tax laws and regulations

• Coordinate with local regional finance directors on local country tax issues and related global tax implications

• Manage all aspects of ongoing tax audits with a particular focus on any international issues raised

• Liaise with external auditors on all aspects of tax provisions compliance, reporting and audit defense.
