I am a sole-practitioner specializing in federal and state income tax compliance and resolution services. I have worked in public accounting for twenty-five years providing accounting and tax compliance services to small and medium-sized business owners and individuals mainly in New York and North Carolina. During this period, our clients have benefitted with over $1 million in taxes and penalties abated or reduced. This accomplishment would also not have been possible without my experience in the roles of senior and internal audit manager working with middle and upper management professionals at the national and international arena. This experience helped develop both my negotiation and problem-solving skills to address, educate, and provide realistic options when representing clients in front of the Internal Revenue Service or State Revenue and Employment Tax agents. I have also completed graduate-level tax research coursework to provide a stronger foundation in the form of written representation.
