A 40-year veteran tax professional and entrepreneur who specializes in tax preparation business operations and development. My present position as Chief Support Officer at Pronto Tax School gives me the opportunity to help tax students start and/or grow in their tax business. I can now help people not make some of the "tax business mistakes", that I made over the years, but instead help them improve their ways of becoming successful. I have worked with all of the “Big 3” tax franchises and trained more than 100 area developers and more than a thousand franchisees. I was the former Director of Franchise Business Development and Tax Services at Fiesta Auto Insurance and Tax Services®, Vice President of Operations at RDTC, Inc., Western Regional Director for Liberty Tax and have owned and operated 18 Jackson Hewitt tax preparation offices in the Denver, CO, areas. My love of teaching and mentoring has led me to join the Pronto Tax School team since 2017 to ensure that the next generation of tax professionals have the support, tools, and training they need to succeed in this rapidly changing new tax landscape. I am a graduate of Drexel University in Chemical Engineering with an MBS from the University of California, Santa Cruz. I have also served in the United States military and speak 4 languages. My favorite hobbies and fun things to do are Volleyball, Traveling (I have lived all over the World), Comedy, Wine Tasting, Dancing, Sports Cars, Soccer and Kick Boxing.
