Gustavo started working for Espiñeira Sheldon y Asociados, member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1992. He has a Bachelor Degree in Public Accounting, and graduated at the Universidad Católica Andres Bello in 1993. He attended the Management Development Program at the Instituto Superior de Administración (IESA). He had sixteen years of experience in PWC as a tax advisor and has a broad experience in permanent assistance to mass consumption companies, oil, manufacturing, financial institutions, insurance, telecommunications, as well as pharmaceutical and service companies. He is a professor at the Universidad Católica Andres Bello and at the Universidad Metropolitana. Gustavo has a Master Degree in Tax Law at the Universidad Metropolitana . Gustavo is a member of the Federation of Public Accountants of the Miranda State and of The International Fiscal Association (IFA) – Chapter Venezuela. También es profesor en la Escuela de Post Grado de la Universidad Metropolitana. Ocupo el cargo de Director de la División de Asesoría Fiscal de Espiñeira, Sheldon y Asociados – PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) donde laboró por dieciséis años. Tiene amplia experiencia en el área tributaria en instituciones financieras, empresas de consumo masivo, empresas turísticas, laboratorios, telecomunicaciones y de servicios.
