Responsible for all aspects of direct and indirect taxes for the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. Duties include the supervision of all compliance activities, examination management, structuring and due diligence for mergers, aquisitions, divestitures and internal reorganizations. Review of Pharma excise tax. Development, testing and documentation of transfer pricing methodology. Supervision and review of tax reporting process including Federal and state calcuations, footnote disclosures and tax reserve positions. Development of tax team. Research and documentation of tax issues and positions.
