With over 25 years in tax planning and tax consulting in several contexts (U.S. Treasury official, "in-house" tax executive, law firm Tax Partner, and now public accounting Tax Consultant), Ms. Wong is in a position to address business tax issues arising in virtually any transaction or with respect to a wide spectrum of corporate operations and business planning. She co-leads the Tax Specialty Services at Watkins Meegan and advises both public and privately held companies -- from small businesses to large multinational enterprises -- and their shareholders.
