I'm a seasoned tax preparer that started with the dream of being my own boss. That dream has come true, which started back in 1986. Through all my searching for ways to become independant, one day me and my bride now into our 5th year as newlyweds, were walking into a Sears department store to just shop around for some new items for our home. There was a bulletin board on this one wall that I was passing by and a flyer posted there had in BOLD letters TAX PREPARER'S WANTED, training provided by the I.R.S. I called the contact associate number and sent in my $245.00 registration fee, and for the next two years I study IRS tax laws, after tax law, after tax law. I was awarded my Federally Licensed Tax Preparer certificate, now able to prepare tax returns for pay. Times have changed much throughout the years the basic laws have not change any. What drives me to keep on the preparer path is that the tax returns are generally the same. It's the challenging ones that drive me on, for without a challenge in life, we all would become complacent and not do our best. The tax returns may be the same (in general), but they all are individually unique just as well. In this uniqueness is the strength that makes me strive to do my best to please each and every client as if I was the client in question. Through the years I always have and will beat the competition's fee/rates that they charge.
