Jane Florides is a principal and co-founder of Kennelly Tax Advisers Limited. Jane has specialised in the area of private client tax advice since qualifying as a registered tax consultant in 1998, having obtained first place in the final AITI exam.

Jane is widely recognised as a leading expert advising High Net Worth Individuals on the taxation treatment of complex investment portfolios, offshore funds and related entities. Jane has lectured extensively to STEP Ireland, The Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, the Irish Taxation Institute and the Chartered Accountants of Ireland in this area. Jane has also made presentations to many of the leading Irish wealth management and investment houses on this subject.

Apart from her many lectures and presentations Jane has written extensively on offshore funds. Her contribution in this area was recognised by her peers when she was awarded the prestigious Norman Bale Irish Tax Review Article of the Year award in 2007 for her article in May that year entitled "Offshore Funds - A Quick Guide to Finance Act 2007 Changes".

Jane's other main area of expertise is tax residence and domicile planning and her clients include many wealthy non-domiciled individuals living in Ireland.
