My practice focuses on all areas of federal and state taxation, with an emphasis on representing clients in domestic and international tax structuring, planning, corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and partnership formations. I also provides tax advice in Internal Revenue Service and state tax controversy matters, drawing on my experience as an IRS District Counsel. Additionally, I am a Certified Public Accountant.
