I have spent the past twelve years here at URBN building a tax department to address the Company's planning, compliance and reporting requirements. My department primarily handles all worldwide corporate income tax matters, FAS109/FIN48 matters, all North America sales and use tax matters and business licensing. We also have general oversight over property tax matters and European consumption taxes.
