• Charge of the overall work and, as such, direct, control, and review the work of the seniors assigned on the tax engagement • Responsible for the performance of all facets of the tax engagement • Review for all Tax returns submitted to Tax Authority • Responsible for accounting for income taxes • Render sophisticated tax planning advice • Charge of training subordinate staff, as well as reviewing their job performance. • Resolves tax problems as they arise. • Analyze and resolve tax issues promptly • Ensuring that appropriate internal controls are in place over Accounting for income taxes • Perform organization wide international tax planning • Provide expertise in tax services and offerings. • Review tax advice for correctness and accuracy Develop effective tax planning strategies to ensure tax savings • Handle Tax issues with external advisor • Recommend tax planning ideas and concepts to achieve organization goals. • Perform all tax services and consultation to all our companies whether inside or outside Egypt
