• Worked with outside legal counsel to develop FAS 5 reserve legal opinion resulting in potential FAS 5 reserves not being booked, $2.5M for 2008 and $3.1M for 2009.
• Handled 2008-2009 IRS audits with tax adviser assistance resulting in a no change RAR.
• Recognized potential for federal R&D tax credit generating tax credits of over $250,000.
• Worked with outside tax adviser to implement Japanese commissionaire with potential tax savings of over $4M.
• Assisted in preparation of the first transfer pricing studies.
