In 2010, Paolo left KPMG and he founded his own tax firm, studio “DRAGONE E ASSOCIATI”, based in Verona (Italy).
He assists a wide variety of clients, national and international corporate groups, advising businesses of all sizes on corporation tax in general and VAT. He is experienced in assisting clients in all fields of tax law both national as well as international. He has also been closely involved in restructuring projects, legittimate tax planning structures, tax litigation, and tax audits. He provides also training services on tax matters.
