Office manager - prepare invoices, greet customers, answer phones, marketing, schedule employees and jobs. Do job searchs, pull plans, prepare bids, prepare job proposals, shop drawings.

Bookkeeper - do all invoicing, bill paying, bank reconcillations, set up quickbooks, payroll and tax docuements.
