Rick is Senior Director, International Tax, at SanDisk Corporation. He has responsibility for the Company’s U.S. international tax affairs. Rick has been at SanDisk for one year, after spending 18 years at Applied Materials. Before that, he spent almost ten years with Price Waterhouse in San Francisco as an international tax senior manager and director. While at PW, he served a two-year National Office tour-of-duty in New York with the firm’s director of international tax services. Rick also practiced law with major law firms in San Francisco and Chicago. During college and law school, he interned with the Joint Committee on Taxation of the U.S. Congress. Rick is a past president of the Santa Clara Valley Chapter of the Tax Executives Institute and of the Piedmont Council, Boy Scouts of America. Rick is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and Boston University School of Law.
