Demonstrated leadership across the group in a multitude of projects and company-wide initiatives delivering balanced tax value and risk and competitive ETR. Responsible for international tax structuring, incl. matching Japanese and UK CFC rules, IP transfers, M&A structuring, value chain restructuring and green field set up’s.
