Shannon Blankenship is an economist in the Deloitte U.S. transfer pricing group. She has over fourteen years of transfer pricing experience, working in both Denver and Washington DC. Shannon has assisted companies across all industries in the development and/or defense of their domestic and global pricing arrangements. Her experience crosses the breadth of transfer pricing from global documentation, headquarter cost allocation studies, intangible valuation, APAs, to planning studies. Shannon is also the leader of the retail and consumer products industry group for the U.S. transfer pricing practice. A key focus of hers has been large transfer pricing planning projects involving business reorganizations. She’s been the main transfer pricing resource on 15 major intantible property or supply chain restructuring projects.
