Professional Summary

I am a tax attorney serving all of Southern California. I hold an LL.M. (masters of law) in taxation, in addition to my Juris Doctor law degree. My practice focuses primarily on resolving tax debts with the IRS and the California Franchise Tax Board (“FTB”). Services include: Release of IRS wage and bank levies, Offers-in-Compromise, Innocent Spouse petitions, Currently-Not-Collectable Status, installment agreements, tax return compliance assistance, audit representation, audit reconsiderations, representation before the IRS Office of Appeals, United States Tax Court litigation, and discharging taxes in bankruptcy. I am also a licensed tax preparer, so I can assist you in the preparation and filing of any unfiled tax returns. I have experience working for a large tax firm and have helped hundreds of taxpayers resolve their debts with the IRS and FTB. As a sole practitioner, I handle all of my cases personally.
