With an educational background as Master of Science (in Business Administration and Auditing, cand.merc.aud.) degree from The Aarhus School of Business and with several years of work experience from two listed companies on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S; I consider myself an experienced in-house tax advisor, with significant hands-on experience and ability to handle complex technical tax issues. During my professional life I have worked broadly with tax assignments primarily with focus on international taxation and compliance such as, M&A, IPR structuring, restructuring, transfer pricing, and tax in financial accounts, budgets, tax returns, etc. I am able to work with several assignments at the same time and remain focused and maintain overview. I am used to work independently but I also highly enjoy creating value adding result in teams, which I have done especially in connection to M&A assignments. I am very dedicated and self driven. As a colleague I am regarded as extrovert and cheerful but first of all results driven. Furthermore, I am known for being professional with excellent communication skills with the ability to connect across functions within an organization. • Transformation of a permanent establishment in Russia into a legal entity.
• Handling of the monthly tax reporting for a listed company on NASDAQ OMX.
