I focus my practice on U.S. international tax planning and controversy including the subpart F anti-deferral rules, IP migration, sourcing and maximization of the use of foreign tax credits, repatriation, transfer pricing, dual consolidated losses, tax treaties, and cross-border reorganizations. I also have substantial experience on taxation of M&A and corporate transactions, tax accounting methods and periods, and the taxation of financial instruments.
