Event Description
After a successful first year event, welcoming over 150 delegates, International Tax Review and T P Week are holding their second Global Transfer Pricing Forum for Asia in Singapore on October 23 and 24 at the Raffles Hotel.
The Forum discusses technical transfer pricing issues and explains how these can affect taxpayers’ companies and what tax directors can do to mitigates these issues.
Speakers are global and regional heads of tax from across the globe, officials from tax administrations and global organisations and experienced transfer pricing advisers, speaking on an international, rather than just a regional, level.
This year will focus on the OECD’s BEPS project and will include practical debates about using branch versus subsidiaries in your corporate structure. Delegates can also hear discussions about the legislative developments of permanent establishment, contract R&D in India and China and integrating indirect taxes with transfer pricing, to mention just a few panels.
