When a business begins is a great time to decide the entity. This course will cover the different types of entity how they are taxed and the advantages of them. The entities that are discussed in this lesson are:
1. Sole proprietorship
2. Partnerships
3. Corporations
This course qualifies for 2 hours of tax law continuing education.
