Keynote Speaker William Byrnes
Associate Dean, Thomas Jefferson School of Law
William H. Byrnes authored & edited 38 volumes of compendia, 25 book & treatise chapters, 725 articles, and a monthly subscriber tax strategy newsletter. His publishers primarily are Lexis-Nexis, Wolters Kluwer, Thomson-Reuters, and National Underwriters. William Byrnes was a Senior Manager, then Associate Director of international tax for Coopers and Lybrand, and practiced in Southern Africa, Western Europe, South East Asia, the Indian sub-continent, and the Caribbean.

10 week interactive course (credit toward Masters/JSD degree or continuing education audit) using live multi-video lectures, pre-recorded video, and an extensive online library (IBFD, CCH, Checkpoint, Lexis, Westlaw, Bloomberg-BNA, Tax Analysts, Edgar-Stat, and Royalty-Stat). 40 lecture & case study hours.
