Event Description
The 83rd regular session of the Texas Legislature recently passed several pieces of groundbreaking tax legislation that could profoundly affect business across the state. Experts from Ryan have been intricately involved in the development of the legislation and will share a thorough analysis of emerging Texas state and local tax issues. Participants will be entitled to one Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

-The most sweeping changes to Texas franchise tax in six years
-New incentives available for telecommunications, research and development (R&D), and data centers
-Other changes impacting sales tax, mix beverage tax, and insurance premium tax
