Event Description
Businesses with international or multistate income face numerous rules, calculations and recordkeeping requirements to determine how much income is taxed in each jurisdiction. Rules tend to be inconsistent and changes are frequent. This conference explores the arm's length standard, formulary apportionment, sourcing, nexus, PE, and other relevant aspects of this topic. Are these the appropriate policies for today's types of income and for meeting fiscal needs of all jurisdictions? Various tax policies and their feasibility will be discussed, along with relevant economic and fiscal considerations.
