Can Cost Segregation be used with leased space?
I know Cost Segregation can be used with great success with owned commercial buildings...just not sure about leased space.

Yes, Cost Segregation works very well with leased space. We find that if the leaseholder spends roughly $200 K or more on leasehold improvements, Cost Segregation will provide a nice income tax benefit.
