How are corporations reported on by organizations that do business with them at year end?
What are the differences between s corp and c corp when it comes to year end reporting?Are they to be provided any forms? 1099 etc?

If you are the one paying the corporation, you do not have to report your payments on a 1099. However, I would till recommend sending them a W-9 to document they are exempt from reporting. Keep in mind that many S-Corps are actually LLC's and you are required to send a 1099 to them. Also a good idea to check your Secretary of State's records to determine whether they are indeed a corporation.
