If you are the one paying the corporation, you do not have to report your payments on a 1099. However, I would till recommend sending them a W-9 to document they are exempt from reporting. Keep in mind that many S-Corps are actually LLC's and you are required to send a 1099 to them. Also a good idea to check your Secretary of State's records to determine whether they are indeed a corporation.
