I have purchased a flat of sum Rs:50,50,000. I have got my loan sanctioned for 40 lakhs but have availed only 30 lakhs as of now. Property is under construction but I am paying EMI based on amount disbursed by bank. Need to know Whether I can avail section 80EE as its my first home.

I have purchased the flat jointly with spouse. Also need to know if I am eligible for Section 80C and 24.
