We owe back taxes for last year and are enrolled in an installment plan and have been paying on it. Does being enrolled in an installment plan prevent us from enrolling in Obamacare and receiving a subsidy? Thank you for your help :)

It's great that you are making your installment payments. No you can still enroll in Obamacare and receive a subsidy.
