On July 11, 2014 The House of Representatives voted 258-160 to permanently extend federal-level bonus depreciation to boost the overall economy by encouraging business investment and spending.
As a caveat, The Senate and The House of Representatives must first reconcile their bills before presenting any legislation before the President's desk for signature into law.
